Quotations & Payment Terms

  • All quotes are valid for 15 days.
  • Final pricing excludes taxes unless specified.
  • Video production or custom work may be charged separately.
  • 30–50% advance payment is mandatory.
  • Balance to be paid post-installation.
  • Delays in payment may result in service hold.

Delivery & Installation Policy

We strive to deliver and install as per the agreed timeline, but dates are subject to availability and site readiness. Clients must ensure accessibility and preparedness of the installation site.

Product Warranty & After-Sales

Most of our products come with a limited warranty (shared at the time of purchase). AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is available for select clients.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Confirmed orders cannot be canceled once production starts. Advance payments are non-refundable unless clearly mentioned.

Ownership of Content

All videos, brochures, branding material, and visuals created by us remain the intellectual property of Quotomax Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction or reuse without written consent is prohibited.

Our Legal Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product/service.
